We are a diverse group of people who LOVE quilting!  Our mission is to further the art and love of quilting in our area.

Our guild meets monthly from September through June to share workshops, lectures, "show and tell" and to exchange ideas and knowledge. Meetings are held on the second Monday morning at the Calvary Church, Trumbull, CT.

In addition to monthly meetings and quilting workshops there are many other activities that guild members participate in.  Some members meet in various smaller groups during the month and many members are active in quilting for various charities in our area.  For a further description of our charity quilting activities, please follow the navigation link at the top of the page.

Our History

The Connecticut Piecemakers Quilt Guild was formed in 1981 by a small group of Trumbull, CT women who gathered in local homes to share their quilting.  Originally named The Trumbull Piecemakers, the guild has grown to over 200 members, who live mostly in the Southwest corner of the state of Connecticut.
